Job Overview TheCustomer ExperienceSpecialistplays an integral role in the success ofDLRdmvand our DLR50 software product. This personwillexecuteout of statetitle and registration applications that have beensubmittedbyourautomobile dealershipclientstoensure everything isaccurateand meetsthe applicablestate requirements. A successful candidate in thisrole will havevastknowledge of vehicle titling regulations in all 50 states. This position will report to theDLR50Customer ExperienceManager. Responsibilitiesand Duties Examine documents for accuracy. Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with field and department team members with any information or documents needed. Support other team members as a subject matter expert. Make accurate corrections when needed. Track and update various documents as needed. Report habitual errors to manager. Work diligently and accurately to meet personal and team goals. Qualifications A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent isrequired. Experience working for an out of state titling service highly preferred. Quality writing and communication skills. Attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Ability tomaintainhighlevel of confidentiality. Knowledge of Microsoft Systems. Team Player.
