Overview
LHH is seeking a skilled Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a leading law firm. This is a fully remote position based in North Carolina and offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience and a proven ability to handle complex transactions with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and closings
- Review, draft, and revise lease agreements, amendments, and related documents
- Conduct title and survey review, prepare title objection letters, and coordinate resolution of title issues
- Organize, manage, and maintain files throughout the transaction process
- Prepare closing checklists, binders, and closing statements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, title, and survey review
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software platforms
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
