Job Title CWP Immunizing Nurse - Vaccination Initiative Address Niskayuna, NY Job Description Administer vaccines including flu, MMR, COVID, and others. Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments and addressing knowledge gaps. Lead team efforts to achieve health outcome goals and improve patient care. Adapt to changing community healthcare needs and implement solutions accordingly. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and actively contribute to a positive team culture. Critical Information Shift hours: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat from 10:00 to 6:30. Remote/on-site: Onsite as needed. On-site requirements: In-person, patient-facing role. Education & Licenses Needed Active, unrestricted RN license in the state or territory of practice. High School Diploma or GED. At least one year of nursing experience, including immunizations and patient care. BLS (Basic Life Saving) certification.
