Excelcare at Wayne is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor who provides leadership and clinical oversight for nursing operations in our skilled nursing facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, supports nursing staff, maintains regulatory compliance, and promotes a safe, efficient, and compassionate care environment. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for resident-centered care.
