JOB DESCRIPTION:

Installation of all aspect of low slope (flat) commercial roofing systems, including: TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and liquid applied systems. Read and follow project plans, specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and effectively. Perform detailed work including flashing, terminations, penetrations, and edge metal. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with safety requirements Identify and communicate roof deficiencies. Work efficiently as part of a crew and help train less experienced team members. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience installing commercial low‐slope roofing systems.

Proficiency with at least two systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, mod bit, coatings).

Strong understanding of roofing details, safety practices, and installation techniques.

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work at heights in various weather conditions.

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.

Knowledge of NRCA best practices and manufacturer specifications.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO:

Instalación de todos los aspectos de sistemas de techado comercial de baja pendiente (techo plano), incluyendo: TPO, EPDM, PVC, bitumen modificado y sistemas de aplicación líquida. REQUISITOS:
