• Prior Experience: Brings 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where he developed a strong client-first mindset. 
• Passionate About: Committed to helping individuals and families achieve financial confidence by prioritizing their needs above all else. Originally from Massachusetts and now based in San Francisco with his wife, Cara, and their dog, Cali, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with family.

Austin Nichols – Wealth Management Advisor:

• Time with NM: 8 years.
• Prior Experience: Former professional basketball player who carried his discipline and competitive spirit into his career in financial planning.
• Passionate About: Austin values family above all and enjoys staying connected to sports, both as a participant, fan and coach.

Michelle Peterson – Financial Advisor:

• Time with NM: 2.5 years.
• Prior Experience: First starting as an intern at Northwestern Mutual, then after graduating went into elementary school teaching, then moved into corporate sales, where she developed strong client relationship and communication skills, and then ultimately moved back into the finance space where she is on an ensemble team with her father and brother.
• Passionate About: Michelle is active in her church community, loves spending time with her family, and enjoys playing golf in her free time.

Alex Icaza – Financial Advisor:

• Prior Experience: Started his career at Northwestern Mutual after graduating, however during college was president of nonprofit groups, thus instilling his desire to create impact through service.
• Passionate About: Alex is dedicated to financial advising and helping families plan for the future, while also supporting nonprofits and spending meaningful time with his family.

Matt Langseth - Financial Advisor:

• Time with NM: 5 years.
• Prior Experience: Was a collegiate athlete at Cornell University where he played baseball. Then worked for the Athletic As in sales before transitioning to Northwestern Mutual.
• Passionate About: Matt is active in his church, values time with his wife, son, and new baby girl while making sure to hangout with friends on the golf course.

Key Responsibilities: As a Financial Advisor, your primary role will be to engage with clients to understand their comprehensive financial needs, providing personalized guidance to help them achieve their financial protection and planning goals. You will design and implement tailored strategies that safeguard clients' assets, income, and overall financial well-being, ensuring their long-term security. Regularly reviewing and updating clients' financial plans and insurance policies to reflect any changes in their circumstances or goals will be crucial to ensure continuous protection. Additionally, you will cultivate a robust network of clients through referrals, active community involvement, and professional associations.

Qualifications: We prefer candidates with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline. While prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong analytical skills, and the capability to build lasting client relationships. We welcome individuals from business development-oriented organizations with uncapped earnings potential, including those from medical devices, education (teachers, administrators), logistics, solar, payroll services, tech business development, real estate, auto rental and others. You will be required to obtain state insurance licenses, with training provided and sponsorship considered.
