We are looking to add to our team!
Are you an experienced HVAC technician with a Journeyman or Master license?
Do you have a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured on our business auto policy?
Are you good with being in a rotation schedule for on-call to service our customers during extended hours, with O/T pay, a per job bonus and commission?
If you live reasonably close to Master Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, would you want to drive your service van to and from home especially if the company is paying for gas?
Can you Lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis?
If you said yes to all of the above, come join us! We will offer you a competitive wage and access to a whole lot of benefits to enroll in on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employmemt: 85% paid health, dental and vision insurance for you; $25k of life insurance for you; family health, dental and vision insurances available, as well as life and other supplemental insurances available. You will also receive a $150 annual boot stipend, $25 monthly cell phone stipend and the ability to participate in our retirement plan with match.
