We are looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join the Mavis team at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Philadelphia, PA area. About the Position of Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Using fundamental leadership skills, Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians work, managing outside orders, ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and safeguarding the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under‑car repair services. In addition, to ensure complete customer satisfaction, Service Managers must direct the workflow of mechanics, alignment technicians and tire technicians, stage vehicle repair and maintenance work, and drive the sales initiatives of Mavis. They communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide information regarding requested or necessary repairs, and ensure customers are satisfied with their in‑store experience while striving to meet customer expectations. To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant or Service Manager you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; and (3) possess either: (i) one year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales; or (ii) one year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance; or (iii) any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position.
