Role Description This full-time, on-site Marketing Role is based in the greater Charlotte area. The Marketing Representative will build and maintain relationships with business clients, present insurance and risk management solutions, and support sales growth in assigned territories. Daily activities include conducting client visits, evaluating business needs, delivering product and service presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to support tailored coverage and risk management programs. The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, participating in training sessions, and representing Federated Insurance at industry events and association meetings. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to promote insurance solutions, drive new business, and support retention. Candidates should possess Training-related skills to educate clients on products, risk management practices, and available resources. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Proven experience in business-to-business sales, insurance, or financial services is beneficial. Ability to work independently, manage a local territory, and travel within the region as needed. Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills, with proficiency in common office and CRM software. Income Average first year income is over $160,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
