Job Overview A law firm seeks a Pre-Litigation Attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves managing personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution, with a focus on building strong cases and achieving meaningful results for clients. The position offers collaboration with experienced attorneys and exposure to high-value matters. Duties Oversee personal injury cases from initial intake through resolution. Perform detailed investigations to assess liability and damages. Prepare and file necessary pre-litigation documents. Engage in settlement negotiations with insurers and opposing counsel. Deliver outstanding client communication and keep clients informed throughout the process. Requirements Lawyer in good standing to practice law in the state. 5+ years of personal injury experience as a plaintiff's attorney. Excellent knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury cases. Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and reviewing legal documents. Proven track record of successful case management and client representation. Experience in conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team, including legal assistants and other attorneys. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state. Skills Strong research and analytical skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
