Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and medication administration

• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communication with healthcare providers

• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull residents and mobility aids up to 50 pounds

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Must be able to pass a drug test

Working Conditions:

• Full-time schedule: 11pm-7am,
