Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Territory includes Spokane County and possible lower Stevens County
• EMR: HCHB
