Experienced Residential HVAC Installer – Lead High-Quality System Installations for Carolina HVAC Service LLC

Job Overview

• Company: Carolina HVAC Service LLC.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour plus Performance Based Bonus.
• Location: Lancaster, South Carolina (Remote / 20% Travel Required within the local area / market serviced).
• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
• Project Scope: Residential HVAC Installations.
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: 608 EPA Certification or training in HVAC installation, Valid Driver's License.

You will take ownership of residential climate control solutions, ensuring homeowners receive top-tier heating and cooling setups. Your technical expertise will directly improve home comfort and energy efficiency across the region. This role provides the independence of field operations backed by a supportive team dedicated to your success.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems efficiently according to manufacturer specifications.
• Interpret complex technical schematics and blueprints to ensure precise equipment placement and wiring.
• Work primarily with retrofitting existing HVAC equipment and duct systems.
• Deliver exceptional client service by clearly explaining system operations and addressing homeowner inquiries on-site.
• Diagnose and resolve immediate installation challenges to maintain project timelines and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the field operations team to optimize daily workflows and maintain accurate service records.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of verified experience as a residential HVAC installer.
• Proven formal certification or dedicated training in HVAC system installation.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical schematics, wiring diagrams, and structural layouts.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel up to 20% outside a 30-mile radius.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Section 608 Universal EPA Certification.
• A2L Certifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of air conditioning and heating units across all major residential manufacturing brands.
