Facilities Maintenance Manager

Description Fortney Companies, Inc. has an immediate opening for a full-time, Facilities Maintenance Manager. The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for all general maintenance and enhancements to properties owned and operated by Fortney Companies in the La Crosse area. Responsibilities may include cleaning, painting, floor finishing, snow removal, outdoor maintenance, light electrical or plumbing, etc. for all rental and retail spaces as well as coordinating with vendors when greater needs arise.
