Phlebotomist Position

Phlebotomist at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, day shifts.

Reporting to the Lab Support Service Supervisor who reports to the Laboratory Director, this position is responsible for obtaining samples from patients, transports specimens to the Laboratory and prepares them for testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements.
• Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License. Or
• Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License.
• Practical experience with adult, pediatric, and neonatal phlebotomy.
