Utilize knowledge of Lithium Polymer Battery Technologies and/or other high-density energy storage solutions to design packaging, manage charging and discharging processes, and implement cooling, balancing, and handling systems. Apply a strong understanding of electronics hardware, particularly in power-related applications. Demonstrate expertise in electronics fundamentals, especially within automotive or aerospace environments, taking into account a wide range of usage conditions. Guide product development for series production, ensuring the establishment of development criteria and testing requirements. Make technical judgments to assess the production readiness of designs and ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
