MyStaf is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a well-established manufacturing company in the Wichita Falls area. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being involved in all aspects of human resources and working directly with both employees and management.

The HR Generalist will support the day-to-day HR needs of the facility, including employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, personnel documentation, and employee development.

 

 

Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and supervisors Support employee relations and help resolve workplace concerns Coordinate recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Conduct new-hire orientation and assist with employee training Administer employee benefits and respond to benefits-related questions Maintain accurate and confidential

employee personnel records Assist with performance management, coaching, and corrective-action documentation Support company policies and ensure consistent application throughout the facility Assist with compliance involving federal, state, and local employment regulations Coordinate employee status changes, leave requests, and other HR documentation Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed Assist management with HR-related questions and workforce issues Participate in employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives Handle additional HR projects and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Previous HR Generalist or similar human resources experience required Experience supporting employees in a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar environment preferred Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent HR experience will also be considered
