Senior Interior Designer & Project Manager

Job Description

An AD100 design firm, nestled in the heart of Manhattan’s prestigious Upper East Side, now offers a unique opportunity for a Senior Interior Designer to join their talented team.

This is a rare opportunity for a highly driven Senior Interior Designer who thrives on precision, demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to leading projects, teams, and vendor relationships. Our client is looking for someone who can anticipate needs, maintain the highest level of professionalism, and play a key role in the success of each project.

You’ll oversee all phases of high-end residential interior design from concept to completion, including sourcing, procurement, and meticulous installation. This role demands an exceptional eye for detail, whether supervising on-site installations, managing vendor timelines, or translating creative vision into reality with accuracy and care.

Strong communication is essential. You’ll be engaging directly with clients, collaborating with contractors and architects, and cultivating trusted vendor relationships. Expert-level organisational and project management skills are a must, along with the initiative to navigate challenges while preserving the design integrity and upholding exacting standards.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background in high-end residential design, proven experience managing multiple projects at once, and a strong work ethic rooted in creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving.

If you're ready to join a firm that values work-life balance, fosters professional growth, and offers unlimited potential for progression, we’d love to hear from you.
