Plant Controller

Job Responsibilities Oversee the accounting and financial operations of the plant, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities. Responsible for cost accounting, inventory accounting and controls, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and partnering with plant leadership to support operational performance. Requirements At least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Hands‑on experience with a large ERP system (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics). Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other financial analysis tools. Compensation & Benefits Full‑time, permanent position, 100% onsite in Western Ohio. Annual salary range: $100,000–$130,000, commensurate with experience. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, vision benefits and company retirement plan.
