ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I began my career with State Farm in 2009 and have proudly served the Northern Virginia community as an agent since 2011. Over the years, we’ve built an agency centered around strong relationships, great service, and being an active part of the community we serve. We support local small businesses and enjoy finding ways to give back, including collecting toys for local children through Toys for Tots during the holidays.

Our agency offers a strong commitment to work-life balance, with no weekends or late nights. Team members have at least five opportunities throughout the year to earn performance-based bonuses, giving hard work plenty of opportunities to be recognized and rewarded. We also provide company clothing two to three times per year and keep our break room stocked with snacks, refreshments, and coffee.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Elliott - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
