Surgical Physician Assistant Opportunity

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking an experienced certified surgical physician assistant (PA-C) and surgical first assist certification to join our growing surgical team. This is a full-time, day position supporting a wide variety of surgical cases, including robotic procedures and multi-specialty operations. The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with surgeons and staff in a dynamic medical center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-assist support during surgical procedures
  • Actively collaborate with surgeons, staff, and patients across surgical specialties
  • Strong emphasis on clinical excellence, communication, and efficient time management in daily duties

Qualifications

  • Certified physician assistant (PA-C) with surgical first assist experience
  • Surgical first assist certification
  • Active involvement in all surgical specialties
