Account Executive - Remote

Join C3TB and be a part of something BIGGER! We are partnering with a growing IT services organization seeking a driven Account Executive focused exclusively on winning new business. No IT industry experience is required—the company will provide training on its technology solutions and services. This is a true hunter role for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. What You’ll Do Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Schedule and conduct 2–3 new-client meetings each week Lead discovery conversations to understand clients’ business needs Partner with technical experts to develop and present solutions Close recurring Managed IT Services agreements Build and manage a consistent pipeline to achieve sales goals What We’re Looking For Proven success in new-business development or hunter sales Ability to generate your own pipeline without relying on inbound leads Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, and closing skills Self-motivated, coachable, consistent, and comfortable with accountability A willingness to learn Managed IT Services and technology solutions Previous IT or MSP experience is helpful but not required—comprehensive training will be provided Compensation and Benefits $120,000–$130,000+ OTE with uncapped commissions Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Flexible PTO, volunteer PTO, and gym reimbursement Performance incentives and advancement opportunities This opportunity is ideal for an accomplished new-business salesperson who wants to enter the growing technology-services industry with the support and training needed to succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
