Clinical Pharmacy ManagerResponsible for managing day-to-day operations and activities, including staff scheduling, personnel performance assessment, and staff development. Acts as liaison for nursing, medical staff, and other departments regarding pharmacy operations. Responsible for coordinating all activities related to employee management, inventory control/supplies, budget/affordability, service/quality, formulary management, drug usage evaluation, education activities and overall departmental leadership. Provides strategic and operational leadership for clinical pharmacy services across all four campuses of California Pacific Medical Center (CPMC). This role has oversight of the clinical pharmacy team, ensuring consistent, high quality, evidence based pharmaceutical care aligned with CPMC and Sutter Health standards.The Clinical Pharmacy Manager serves as the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director, with responsibility for the overall direction, accreditation compliance, and curriculum development of the residency program. In collaboration with pharmacy and medical staff leadership, the manager supports the professional development of pharmacists, preceptors, residents, and students across multiple campuses. In addition, this role serves as a co chair of the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee, partnering with physician leaders to support formulary management, medication use policy development, and system wide clinical initiatives.
