About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery Duration: Temporary Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2+ years of OR experience required License: Valid Registered Nurse license Certifications: BLS & ACLS required, PALS preferred Must-Have: - Availability to work Christmas Day - Competence in orthopedic procedures, including Total Joints, Fractures (Ankle/Hip), Gynecology, Robotic Surgery, Urology, General Surgery, ENT, and Orthopedic Spine Description: This position requires an experienced Operating Room Nurse. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of operating room experience. BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory, with PALS preferred. Familiarity with Epic EMR is essential. Prior travel nursing experience is required. The role involves performing a variety of surgical procedures including orthopedic surgeries. Candidates must be competent in all listed specialties. Please note that no block scheduling will be accommodated.
