Packaging Machine Operator

Packer Position

Our client, an industry leader in blown film manufacturing, is seeking a Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the efficient packaging of finished products and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packer

Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI

Pay Range: 6:00am - 6:00pm (2x2x3 schedule)

What's the Job?

• Packaging finished product from multiple extrusion lines following trained procedures
• Performing quality control checks to ensure product standards are maintained
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, handling scrap materials properly
• Operating rewind and winder equipment as required
• Labeling, packing, and shrink wrapping pallets of finished products

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level position
• Ability to follow safety regulations and GMPs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivated to learn and grow within the company
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
