Overview Join to apply for the Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant role at Victory Mortgage in our Northern Kentucky Division. You will partner with a Mortgage Loan Officer Elite Coach to participate in world-class training that will provide the skills to lead and facilitate mortgage loan closings. In this role, you will receive a combination of on-the-job training and mortgage courses to learn prospecting, building relationships, and the loan process. Desire to connect and build valuable relationships with new individuals frequently. Looking to develop into a Loan Officer. These skills will be used to: Successfully follow and complete the loan closing process for all transactions. Participate in the training conducted by the Mortgage Loan Officers in order to understand the loan process for Victory Mortgage. Assist the Mortgage Loan Officers with new and updated files, which includes gathering borrower documents and updating closing dates. Understand and comply with mortgage industry regulations. Successfully prepare and obtain your NMLS license. Lead and facilitate loan closings for our Columbus division. Preferred Qualifications Must be a self-starter. Highly motivated individual. Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No mortgage experience is necessary. We will train you! Physical demands and work environment Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers. Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator). Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted. Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
