Come for a JOB, stay for a CAREER. Bell person Overview: As a Hotel Attendant/ Porter you are responsible for providing luggage handling and transportation service to hotel guests. This will include greeting them, assisting with luggage, escorting them to their room while providing information and other guests needs. Responsibilities include: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Provide information about hotel, amenities and local information. Answer guest inquiries and address their needs in a timely and courteous manner. Assist with transportation arrangements and valet parking. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Maintain a clean and organized lobby and bell area. Ensure safety and security of guests and their belongings. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest service. Job Requirements: If you are interested in kickstarting your career in the hotel industry and have the following skills, we would love to speak with you: Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills. Pleasant and friendly demeanor. Knowledge of and adhere to all alcohol related law. Must obtain or possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol. Able to work as a team and independently. Flexible working hours. Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards. Physical mobility and stamina.
