You will guide children through hands-on learning experiences that support their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while fostering curiosity and a love for learning. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily classroom activities for children ages 3–5 Create a warm, “home-like” environment where children feel safe and valued Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities Encourage creativity, exploration, and positive social interactions Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and leadership Attend staff meetings, trainings, and school events as required Serve as a positive role model for children Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working with children ages 3–5 Demonstrated passion for early childhood education Warm, friendly, and patient demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly reliable, professional, and organized Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must meet all state licensing requirements Checkable references required Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed for child safety and care Ability to move actively throughout the day (sitting, standing, bending, etc.) Schedule Full-time position Must be flexible to work opening or closing shifts Important Note We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about working with young children.
