- Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.
- Evaluate medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with our Nurse Practitioners and Physicians.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed.
- Monitor chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions.
- Maintain comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with Behavioral Care Staff regarding medication management and refills.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care.

- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a Nursing Degree;
- Licensure: Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing is a must.
- Experience: Experience in healthcare, especially with teens or young adults, is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make sound judgment calls in high-pressure scenarios.
- Team Player: A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Crisis Management: Ability to react quickly and calmly as part of a team in emergent situations.
- Quality Focus: A proactive mindset that seeks to improve quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
