Responsibilities What You’ll Do (The Mission) Optimize the Funnel: Design and evaluate audience inclusions/exclusions to ensure our digital invitations reach those most ready to receive them. Architect Solutions: Use programming languages within the Microsoft platform to build automated, technology-based solutions for the Finding Support Center. Translate Data into Action: Analyze global key performance indicators (KPIs) in Tableau to identify growth opportunities and troubleshoot bottlenecks. Collaborate with Tech Teams: Act as a bridge between the field and the lab, sharing mission feedback with developers to improve our proprietary tech stack. Lead & Train: Mentor specialists and supervisors, scaling your expertise across the organization. Who You Are A Returned Missionary: You have a deep understanding of the work and a heart for the mission. Analytically Fearless: You love diving into Python, R, or complex spreadsheets to find the "why" behind the numbers. An Innovative Self-Starter: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify problems and build the solutions to fix them. A Clear Communicator: You can take a messy dataset and turn it into a compelling story or a clear PowerPoint strategy. Qualifications 1+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent project/internship work). Proficiency with data processing software (Python, APIs, Tableau, etc.). Experience utilizing social media for missionary work (preferred). Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
