Rose Garden Preparatory Day School is looking for an exceptional Preschool Teacher to join our growing team.

We are not simply looking for someone to supervise a classroom. Rose Garden Preparatory Day School is a Keystone STAR 4 Early Learning Center serving children from infancy through Pre-K in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. • Understands that classroom appearance, organization, cleanliness, and preparation matter
• Can maintain appropriate boundaries while building loving relationships with children
• Wants to become an important part of the RGPD community—not simply clock in and clock out

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates should meet applicable Pennsylvania childcare requirements for the position.
Preferred candidates will have:

• Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related coursework/degree
• Previous experience working with preschool-age children
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families
• Current or obtainable required clearances and certifications
• A commitment to continued professional development
