- Production Setup: Review schedules, mill silicone to spec, and prep hoses for extrusion.
- Equipment Operation: Set up extruders for vertical and horizontal wrapping according to manufacturing specs.
- Quality Control: Measure OD/wall thickness, pull test samples for lab analysis, and ensure all products meet tolerances.
- Documentation: Record all data required for traceability and production conformance.
- Workflow Support: Deliver reeled products to the coiling department and report any production issues to the Lead.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly work area following 5S practices and all safety/quality guidelines.
