Catering Services Manager

Serving as the primary liaison for clients, the full-time Catering Services Manager will plan and execute group room blocks, meetings, conferences, and catering events, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution in a luxury hotel environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of meetings, multi-day conferences, social events, and room blocks after contract execution Prepare and distribute detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and collaborate with various hotel departments for seamless event execution Maximize client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling hotel services and amenities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conference services, catering, event management, or luxury hospitality Strong knowledge of banquet operations, food and beverage service, and event logistics Proficiency with hotel property management systems such as Amadeus Delphi or similar platforms Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
