We are a locally owned home care agency serving seniors and families throughout Marietta, Kennesaw, Powder Springs, and the greater West Cobb area.

We are currently seeing growing demand for caregivers experienced and comfortable with dementia care, memory support, and hands-on personal care .

Current Hiring Needs

We are especially seeking caregivers with availability in or near:

• Powder Springs
• Kennesaw
• Marietta
• Mableton
• Acworth
• Austell
• Smyrna and surrounding West Cobb communities

Our greatest current need is for caregivers available for weekday mornings and daytime shifts , with additional opportunities for afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overnights depending on client needs.

Typical assignments may include 4-hour daytime blocks , extended shifts, and other schedules based on each client’s care needs.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Dementia and memory care support
• Redirection, cueing, reassurance, and routine support
• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
• Mobility assistance and transfers as needed
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Respite and support for family caregivers

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and office staff
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Comfortable supporting clients with dementia or memory loss
• Able to remain calm and flexible when clients need repeated cueing or redirection
• Caregiving, senior care, home care, PCA, CNA, HHA, or family caregiving experience preferred

Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, personal care, mobility assistance, transfers, or higher-acuity senior care is especially valuable.

We provide training and support for caregivers who demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background screening
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay & Benefits:

• $16–$19 per hour depending on experience, skills, and assignment
• Experienced dementia and personal-care caregivers may qualify for higher rates within the range
