Marketing Strategy & Ops Leader — Budget, Planning & Cadence

Replit, based in Foster City, CA, is seeking a Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations to own the business side of marketing. This is the first operations hire, reporting to the CMO, with responsibility for budget, planning, and cross-functional partnerships.
The role requires close collaboration with Finance, Product, Sales, and HR, and will evolve as the team grows. The position is full-time and in-office with a Monday/Wednesday/Friday requirement.
