Crew Members are responsible for delivering great guest experiences. Responsibilities include: team environment, operations excellence for guest satisfaction, and profitability. Skills include counting money and operating restaurant equipment. Required competencies include guest focus, passion for results, problem solving and decision making. What we are looking for: reliable, availability, task flexibility, team player, open to feedback, follow the rules, and have fun. Salary: $16-$20 (depending on availability and experience). Dunkin experience is a plus.
