Interior Design Project Coordinator - Melrose Gallery

Summary Provides project coordination across the Interior Design project lifecycle, supporting Lead Designers and serving as a client liaison for RH Interior Design. Manages project documentation, consultations, site visits, schedules, and post-completion client communication to ensure timely delivery and installation. Represents the RH brand within the Melrose Gallery and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain visual and quality standards. Responsibilities Provide a luxury experience for RH Interior Design clientele and represent the brand professionally Create and maintain comprehensive project and design documentation Coordinate initial project phases including consultations and site visits with RH Interior Designers Serve as the primary client liaison after project completion from order placement to delivery and installation Ensure project schedules and timelines are met and communicate with cross-functional teams Support visual and quality standards within the Gallery Requirements Experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred Proven success coordinating concurrent projects; highly organized and relationship-driven Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications Technical experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver around gallery and stockroom, and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks Licensed to drive preferred and ability to travel locally or out of state #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
