Cherry Picker / Pick & Pack Associate

The Cherry Picker / Pick & Pack Associate is responsible for accurately selecting, retrieving, and packing customer orders in a warehouse environment. This role requires operating a cherry picker forklift to access inventory stored at various heights, using RF scanners to locate products, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

• Operate a cherry picker forklift safely and efficiently to retrieve products from warehouse racking.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to locate and verify inventory.
• Pick customer orders accurately according to order specifications.
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment.
• Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts as needed.
• Label, palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage completed orders for shipping.
• Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse procedures.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a cherry picker forklift preferred.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Preferred Experience:

• Warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment center, or logistics experience.
• Order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving experience.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
