Volo Sports Job Opportunity

Volo Sports is the nation's leading provider of adult social sports leagues and pickups. Volo provides year-round access for adults 21+ to participate in a variety of sports leagues, pickup games, tournaments and social activities, while giving back to the community through the Volo Kids Foundation. Volo will have over 500,000 adult participants this year across the country.

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as a representative for Volo Sports and its partner brands such as Monster Energy and others
• Logistically setup approved promotions and activations at Volo facilities to sample cold product such as beverages to athletes in their time of need
• Communicate brand attributes and benefits to consumers while doing promotions
• Create positive customer experiences for the Volo community
• Learn the brand, and promote that brand in-person at leagues and events
• Capture creative and engaging content of the brand and provide to HQ team for recap reports
• Shares customer and distribution feedback to HQ team to get relayed to the brand
• Meets or exceeds monthly sample distribution goals.
• This person understands and follows all company policies and procedures
• Submits daily activation recap forms

Must-Haves:

• Great people person skills and the ability to positively interact with everyone
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Works well in a team atmosphere
• Ability to multi-task and make decisions under pressure
• Ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
• Possess a positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly
• Must be available at least 20 hours per week from 4-9pm during the week, and 10am - 2pm on some weekends
• Proficient customer service skills
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalency
