CNC Training & Safety Specialist

• Develop and deliver CNC, manufacturing, and safety training programs for shop-floor employees, including onboarding, skills development, and training.
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs, create training materials, and improve workforce capabilities.
• Lead site safety initiatives by conducting audits, ensuring OSHA compliance, developing safety procedures, and driving corrective actions.

Key Requirements: CNC machining experience, 2+ years of technical training experience, manufacturing experience, safety/OSHA knowledge, and strong communication skills. Swiss lathe experience and OSHA 10 certification are preferred.

This is a Permanent position based out of Arlington Heights, IL.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
