It includes monitoring supply chain sustainability and optimizing operational processes. The role supports strategic alignment and drives initiatives for supply chain success.**Job Description****Responsibilities:*** Assisting in the development of strategic plans for business operations, including new and existing projects* Executing setup and readiness activities for new devices, products, and projects within operations* Developing and implementing performance improvement projects for both forward and reverse logistics* Triaging field and corporate escalations to resolve operational and vendor management issues promptly* Partnering with the planning team to monitor inventory and production capacity, preventing service level issues* Creating reports to analyze key performance indicators, identifying trends, and providing in-depth analysis for leadership* Acting as a technical and process liaison to ensure adherence to supply chain policies* Leading process improvement efforts within supply chain operations to enhance efficiency* Communicating project details, including timelines and risks, to the supply chain leadership team* Liaising with stakeholders to facilitate the new product introduction process and improve time to market* Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.* Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
