Make an impact in educational settings by providing essential occupational therapy services to students in a Low Incidence Program. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work with a school-aged population (K through age 22) in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on positive student outcomes.

The role will focus on supporting students with autism, life skills needs, and multiple disabilities at a dedicated educational center. As a valued team member, you’ll provide direct therapy, collaborate with staff and families, and contribute to individual education plans.

Key qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with school-based or pediatric experience
• Skilled in working with students who have autism, multiple disabilities, and significant support needs
• Experience providing therapy in a school setting, ideally within a Low Incidence Program
• Exceptional organizational abilities to track documentation and manage caseloads
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
• Familiarity with IEP processes, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Reliable and detail-oriented in managing paperwork and meeting deadlines

Primary responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students ranging from kindergarten to age 22
• Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans
• Maintain up-to-date records, complete required reports, and document student progress
• Collaborate with other specialists and classroom staff to foster effective learning environments
• Attend meetings (such as IEPs) and communicate regularly with families and caregivers
• Provide consult and training for staff regarding sensory, motor, and adaptive skills support

This contract position is full-time, Monday through Friday, in a highly engaged school community.
