Senior Data ScientistOur Customer in the Enterprise Automotive industry is seeking a Senior Data Scientist who can build, deploy, and support AI/ML solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible role requiring both technical expertise and strong business-facing communication skills.• Partner with business leaders to identify AI/ML opportunities.• Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and recommendations.• Design, build, and deploy machine learning models into production.• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.• Monitor model performance, manage retraining cycles, and measure business impact after deployment.• Collaborate with business, IT, and end users to ensure solutions are adopted and used effectively.• Mentor team members and document processes to support knowledge sharing.Role Breakdown: 60% Business-facing leadership and stakeholder engagement 40% Hands-on Data Science (Python, SQL, ML model development and deployment)
