FloWater isn't sitting around waiting for business to come to us we're out there creating it. As an AE, you'll bring FloWater to more businesses, more communities, and more people, while helping some of the world's coolest brands rethink the way they drink water. We're not a dispenser company. We're the world's first brand of tap water and you're the one putting it in front of the accounts that will make that obvious.

This is a role for a relentless go-getter who's comfortable picking up the phone, walking through a door, starting a conversation, uncovering a need, and turning that conversation into a customer. You'll own your territory, build your pipeline, develop relationships, and close meaningful B2B deals.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll own the sales process from first conversation to closed deal. You'll spend your time getting in front of prospects, building relationships, understanding their needs, and showing them why FloWater is a better way to hydrate.

• Hunt for new business: use cold calling, email, networking, in-person outreach, and other creative approaches to connect with prospective customers within your assigned verticals.
• Build your pipeline: identify high-quality prospects and continuously create new opportunities. You'll never be afraid of a full funnel or of building one from scratch.
• Own the sales process: manage opportunities from initial outreach through presentation, negotiation, and close.
• Tell the FloWater story: conduct engaging in-person and virtual presentations that connect trust, taste, and mission to each prospect's unique needs. Trust is a taste, after all.
• Build relationships: become a trusted partner to prospective customers by listening, asking great questions, understanding their business, and delivering solutions that create real value.
• Hit your goals: consistently execute against daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline-building activities and sales targets.
• Get out there: this isn't a sit-behind-your-desk-all-day role. You'll meet customers and prospects in person and travel locally by car as needed.
• Be a great teammate: collaborate with your teammates, share ideas, celebrate wins, and help create the kind of team people genuinely enjoy being part of.

What Makes You a Great Fit

We're looking for someone who is competitive, curious, confident, and energized by making things happen. You'll thrive here if you:

• Have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly in a value-selling environment
• Have a strong background in field sales and direct customer engagement
• Love the thrill of the hunt and are comfortable prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing
• Are motivated, persuasive, persistent, and resilient
• Are self-directed, disciplined, organized, and confident managing your own territory and pipeline
• Know how to uncover customer needs and translate them into a compelling value proposition
• Are genuinely excited about our product, customers, mission, and the opportunity to change the way people drink water
• Are comfortable presenting both virtually and in person
• Are willing and able to travel locally by car as needed
• Have strong experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar platforms
