A well-established and growing real estate company in Victoria is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives and oversee the company's brand, digital presence, and lead generation efforts.

This is a hands-on position for a creative marketing professional who enjoys developing strategy, creating engaging content, managing multiple platforms, and producing measurable results.

Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Maintain a consistent and recognizable brand across all marketing channels
• Create and manage monthly marketing calendars
• Track campaign performance and provide regular marketing reports
• Develop marketing systems and reusable templates

Social Media Management

• Manage Facebook Business Pages and Instagram accounts
• Create daily posts, Stories, Reels, and community-focused content
• Produce market updates, buyer and seller education, agent spotlights, and promotional campaigns
• Grow audience engagement and maintain an active online presence

Property & Listing Marketing

• Design professional marketing materials for listings
• Create property flyers, brochures, and social media graphics
• Coordinate virtual tours and promotional campaigns
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut or similar software

Digital Marketing

• Update website content and property listings
• Write blog content and improve SEO performance
• Manage Google Business Profile
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Support online advertising and lead generation efforts

Additional Responsibilities

• Support agent marketing initiatives
• Coordinate community outreach and client appreciation events
• Assist with recruiting and company branding initiatives
• Continuously identify new marketing opportunities using emerging technologies and AI tools

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate marketing required
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Instagram marketing
• Experience with Google Business Profile
• Advanced Canva skills
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows
• Proficiency with CapCut or similar video editing software
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Website management experience
• Email marketing experience
• Strong graphic design abilities
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Basic photography knowledge
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects independently
