What does a Paul Davis Reconstruction Helper do? 
· Key part of our reconstruction department - working with the estimators, project managers, tradesmen and homeowners to help bring projects of all sizes to completion 

· Assist tradesmen with installing cabinets, trim, drywall, and other trade work 

· Deliver materials to jobsite and warehouse 

· Demo jobsites as instructed by project managers 

· Have fun and be part of a growing business! 

PDR Recon Helpers assist property owners/managers after traumatic events such as a fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

Role on the Team (Job Functions):

· Completion of work orders generated by the Project Managers 

· Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools 

· Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople 

· Assist PMs with delivery of materials 

· Ensure compliance with standards and regulations. 

· Participate in local community events. 

· Perform physical labor such as lifting, digging, demoing and carrying 

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Hourly pay: $17.00 to $19.00/hour based on experience
