The Role

Beautiful Destinations is hiring the person who makes sure everything's in place before the camera rolls. You'll be the operational engine under the producer team — travel and bookings, call sheets, release and permit tracking, insurance certificates, gear logistics. If a shoot needs it, you're making sure it's sorted. This is the first rung of BD's production path. Coordinators who master this role become Producers — it's not a side door, it's the way in. You'll work inside Beautiful Destination's production platform, where AI drafts and tracks the repetitive passes. You verify, you file, you own the outcome.
