Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Oracle innovation, enabling organizations to maximize their return on investment, reduce costs, and solve real-world challenges through cutting-edge Oracle solutions.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands-on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholdersRequired Skill and Experience Experience in Oracle CX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud, Digital Customer Service, and related technologies. • Experience with Oracle Customer Relationship Management/Customer Service Experience in architecture/design /detailing of processes and problem definition. Knowledge and experience of implementing Service Request Management, Knowledge Management, Digital Customer Service, Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud. Understanding of business processes related to customer service, service entitlements/coverages, RMA and Depot Repair. Experience with the Application and Page Composer, Groovy Scripting, Redwood UX and Visual Builder. Knowledge of Webservices based integration Experience with PoC ideation, creation and demonstration to clientPreferred Skill and Experience Experience working onsite as well as working with offshore team on deliverables. Should have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in working in projects with Agile methodology. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAdditional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
