As an In-Room Dining Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately taking guest food and beverage orders, communicating with the kitchen and service team, and ensuring a seamless in-room dining experience. Part-time evening positions are currently available. Accurately take guest food and beverage orders while accommodating special requests and dietary needs. Enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and communicate details clearly to the kitchen and service team. Provide guests with menu information including ingredients, preparation methods, pricing, and recommendations. Ensure orders are prepared and delivered according to hotel service standards. Maintain knowledge of the in-room dining menu, specials, and promotions. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Present accurate guest checks and process payments when required. Perform department opening and closing procedures. Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications Ability to communicate clearly in English (read, speak, and write). Strong attention to detail and order accuracy. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred. Previous hospitality, restaurant, or cashier experience is a plus. Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts. Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to use a computer, phone system, and POS system for extended periods.
