About the Role

The Company is in need of a Senior Vice President for OSP Construction to spearhead the deployment of a significant fiber-to-the-premises network. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of OSP construction, including contractor oversight and network deployment, with a strong focus on delivering projects within the established timeframes, budgets, and quality and safety standards. This executive will also be tasked with leading construction teams and vendors, tracking production metrics, and ensuring effective coordination with engineering and project management. A key aspect of the role is representing the company with various regulatory agencies at the local, state, and federal levels. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record in FTTH/FTTx network construction. Deep expertise in fiber network construction, OSP/ISP architecture, GIS tools, and large-scale infrastructure deployment is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OSP networks, fiber deployment, and project management, as well as experience in managing large infrastructure programs and vendor ecosystems.
